Tet Zoo: the book

It would seem almost rude of me not to mention this really. Darren Naish of the superb Tetrapod Zoology blog has packaged up most of his early blog stuff into a book and it’s out now. Anyone who reads Darren’s work (and anyone who doesn’t, shame on you!) knows that he essentially writes to the standard of a typical academic paper and litters his work with more references than you could imagine. He knows more about more taxa that most biologists can shake a very large stick at and provides comprehensive and detailed reviews of pretty much everything in the field of tetrapod zoology – dinosaur ecology, big cats, amphibian diversity, bird evolution, whale taxonomy, you name it.
