Just a quickie

This has been doing the rounds and while humerous, it does echo a number of points I raised many years ago. I’m sure this is a big deal for the archaeologists, but it’s also a real pain for the average paleontologist too – we are regularly given rocks that are dinosaur teeth / bones / eggs etc. Pseudofossils are always going to flummox non-experts, but I’ve heard plenty of things like those listed here and I know many of my colleagues suffer at the hands of people like these described.
