Since we seem to be in the midst of a lot of Tyrannosaurus posts (like this and this) it seemed the right time to finally dig out these pictures from Oxford and post them up on the Musings. So here you go.

    So cool! Thanks for the great photos! May I please draw from them? I’d credit you as the photographer of course, but I’d love to be able to sketch from these excellent skeletal mount photos. Then I could try to work up from those sketches to an original reconstruction.

      Ah go for it, I don’t mind anyone producing art from stuff like this, I just prefer people don’t take and repost or distribute the photos themselves without asking.

        Thank you! I live in San Francisco… it has everything I love except dinosaurs. I’ve learned a lot about paleontology and paleo-art from your blog and I’m grateful to be able to use these photos – will of course link to Archosaur Musings too when I post my art.
